Your case will have a small, dedicated team built around you.

When you’re dealing with a serious injury, you shouldn’t have to explain your situation from scratch every time you call. That’s why our lawyers work in small, focused teams, so you always know who’s handling your case, and they always know your story. Our lawyers are by your side for many years and will build a relationship with you, getting to know you and your family, understanding what matters to you, and making sure the right support is in place to help you move forward.

From the earliest stages of your claim, we focus on securing rehabilitation, treatment, care, aids and equipment where needed, helping you regain independence as quickly as possible.

A genuinely personal approach

Each lawyer carries a maximum of around 5 to 6 cases at a time. Your case will be managed by a dedicated lawyer, supported by a small team who know you and your circumstances.
You’ll have fortnightly minimum contact, with a dedicated phone line to your lead lawyer

We work across the whole of the UK, from offices in Wakefield, London, Cardiff and Bristol, and we aim to be with you, in person, within two hours. Wherever you are, you shouldn’t feel like you’re a long way from support.
