PiRPLE’s recommendation process and fee arrangements comply with LASPO requirements, giving your firm a clear, compliant route to recommend serious injury clients to Minster Law.

Recommend & manage online

Make recommendations securely through the PiRPLE portal and managed them in one place. Track recommendation status, view the associated fee and follow payment progress, with a clear record from submission through to payment.

National scale & coverage

PiRPLE gives your firm access to specialist support for clients across England and Wales, with a responsive, personalised service wherever they are located.

No invoicing

There’s no need to prepare or submit an invoice to receive your recommendation fee. We handle self-billing, sending you the invoice and remittance advice for your records, so there’s less administration for your team.

    Built for serious injury.

PiRPLE connects law firms across England and Wales with Minster Law, one of the UK leading serious injury law firms. We cover RTA, EL, PL and OL claims from £25,000 on the Intermediate Track to complex multi-track matters. When a serious injury case arrives at your firm and it isn't the right fit, PiRPLE gives you a professionally managed route to ensure your client receives the representation they deserve.

There are many reasons why law firms choose PiRPLE

Choosing not to retain a serious injury claim does not mean stepping away from the client. In some circumstances, recommending them to a specialist firm is the more appropriate course.

    SERIOUS INJURY EXPERTISE

Serious injury claims require specialist legal judgement, experience and infrastructure. Firms without established capability may decide the client is better served by a specialist serious injury practice.

    CAPACITY

Even firms with serious injury capability may face caseload pressure, temporary skills gaps or loss of key personnel, making it difficult to take on new complex claims without compromising service.

    CASE FUNDING

Serious injury claims can run for years and require significant disbursement and working-capital commitment before costs are recovered, creating financial exposure some firms may prefer not to carry.

    FEE INCOME

Some firms may prefer earlier, more predictable income rather than funding and running a serious injury claim through to conclusion, while ensuring the client continues with an appropriate specialist firm.

    CONFLICT CASES

Existing client relationships, connected matters or professional obligations may prevent a firm from acting, creating a need for a trusted onward route that allows the client’s claim to progress.

    CASE SELECTION

A claim may sit outside a firm’s preferred case profile because of value, complexity, injury type or strategic focus, even where the legal capability to act exists.

    TREATMENT & REHABILITATION

Serious injury clients can require complex, highly individual treatment and rehabilitation, involving multiple disciplines and specialist interventions that may sit beyond a firm’s established provider network.

    RISK

Serious injury claims carry significant professional, financial and reputational responsibility. A specialist onward recommendation may be appropriate where a firm does not wish to carry that exposure.

    WHY WE CREATED PiRPLE

We believe serious injury clients deserve specialist support from the outset, but for numerous reasons not every firm is set up to effectively manage complex claims that can last for years.

At Minster Law, our team of over 350 specialists handles serious injury claims every day, it’s all we do, so we understand what these clients need.

We created PiRPLE to give firms a trusted way to recommend clients who need that specialist support, protecting the relationship you have built, putting your client in experienced hands and providing a clear, simple and compliant process from recommendation through to handover.
