We secure treatment as soon as possible

We aim to get your rehabilitation started early, giving you the best chance of recovery.

A case manager coordinates every specialist around you

We seek the input of a case manager early on, who identifies your needs, builds a rehabilitation plan tailored to you, and coordinates your treatment.

Long-standing rehabilitation partnerships

We work with established rehabilitation partners including Steps, Dorset Orthopaedics and Proactive Prosthetics, giving our clients priority access to expert support.

Rehabilitation that starts early, not eventually

The right treatment at the right time can make a significant difference to your recovery, which is why we work to secure access to rehabilitation, specialist treatment and support as early as possible.

How we help
  • We seek the involvement of a specialist case manager at an early stage, ensuring your immediate needs are assessed and a tailored rehabilitation plan is put in place
  • We request interim payments wherever possible to get treatment started
  • We work closely with your medical team, therapists and rehabilitation specialists to coordinate your care and ensure nothing is overlooked
  • We continue to support you throughout your recovery, and your case manager will review and adapt your rehabilitation plan as your needs and circumstances change
The type of rehabilitation we coordinate

Every injury is different, and so is every recovery. Depending on the severity of your injury you may require:

  • Inpatient rehabilitation, for intensive support and therapy before you’re ready to return home
  • Outpatient rehabilitation, including ongoing physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and other specialist treatments
  • Neuropsychology and psychological support, helping to address the cognitive, emotional and behavioural effects of brain, spinal cord and other serious injuries
  • Adaptive technology and specialist equipment designed to maximise independence, improve quality of life and support everyday activities

You can read more about the equipment and technology we help secure on our adaptive technology page.

We work with long-standing rehabilitation partners, including Steps Prosthetics, Dorset Orthopaedics and Rhodri Philip, with priority access to their expertise.
