With INK, we make it easy to stay informed about the progress of your claim with updates and reminders to your online account or via email/SMS.

You can track the progress of your claim on your claims progress bar and always know what’s ahead with explanations and FAQs of key milestones.

Prepare for appointments

During your personal injury claim you will need to attend a medical assessment to help us to assess your injuries and value your claim. Using INK, you can prepare for your medical appointment with our helpful guides, FAQs and contact information for your assigned medical agency. 

A digital copy of your medical report will be added to your online account following your appointment. With INK, you can review and approve your medical report so you can progress your claim on the go.

All of the important documents relating to your claim are held within your INK account, including documents received from us and those that you have sent.
