Time for you
  • Our ‘Time for Me’ days is a new scheme which gives colleagues the opportunity to condense one working work of each month to a four day week – giving you the potential to take up to 12 additional days for yourself each calendar year
  • Our holiday trade-away allows eligible colleagues to trade in holiday allowance for cash or buy up to five extra days per year
  • We offer long service holidays, meaning your allowance will increase in line with your service. This can increase up to 30 days for 5 years’ service
  • Every colleague receives one fully paid ‘Giving Back’ day per year to help charitable causes in their local community
