Minster Law’s digital portal INK picks up award for Customer Experience

Minster Law

We launched our revolutionary claims portal, INK, as the first fully operational digital claims journey in the sector – a year on we are immensely proud for our vision to be recognised, picking up the award for Best Use of Technology for Customer Experience – Claims (Service) at the Insurance Times Tech and Innovation awards.

We created INK as part of a substantial, 2-year re-engineering of our business to respond to market changes driven by personal injury reforms and customers’ expectations for high-quality digital services.

The platform streamlines the journey our customers take through the clever application of innovative digital technology. Alongside the expertise of our people, INK is empowering customers, simplifying the claims process, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

There are currently — claimants using the mobile-enabled software as part of our omni-channel claims servicing model.

The judges praised INK as an “imaginative use of LegalTech” which “enables personal injury customers to track the status of their claim through an intuitive simple interface that integrates with the Ministry of Justice Portal”.

At the launch Shirley Woolham, CEO, was proud to see Minster as the first legal services firm in the UK claims sector to offer a start-to-finish digital claims journey.

Following the award win, she said she was elated for the vision behind INK to have been recognised in such a competitive award category.

“This award is a testament to Minster’s values of putting customers at the heart of everything we do, and the hard-work and passion of our colleagues who consistently work to deliver the best customer service.

“Our INK portal will only continue to improve from here, with our team continually re-imagining what best looks like and enhancing our portal for future claimants.”
