Celebrating Client Support and Injury Awareness Week
Having worked in personal injury, and in recent years catastrophic injury, for Minster Law for approaching 15 years, the importance of client care and injury awareness has always been at the forefront of my mind.
Clients can suffer from a traumatic physical or psychological injury and enter a process which appears daunting and something they never have dreamt of having to experience.
A person’s world can change dramatically from one day to the next because of a negligent party and that negligence can go on to impact them and their families for the rest of their lives.
My role I feel is one of professional advisor and support network, and I aim to advise and guide my clients through their difficult journeys.
The claims and litigation process for seriously injured clients, can last for more than for 3+ years so it is important to build up a solid working relationship with them, work with compassion and structure their journey to ensure expectations are managed and the best possible outcome is achieved.
I have and continue to obtain excellent feedback from the clients.
APIL are holding an injury awareness week between 26th – 30th June 2023 which is aimed at shining a light on the prevalence of injuries and the impact they have on victims of negligence. Keep a look out on their website for further information.
