Minster Law signs partnership agreement with 9 Gough Chambers for counsel services

Minster Law Solicitors are delighted to announce the signing of a new agreement with 9 Gough Chambers, this agreement will see 9 Gough Chambers providing their exceptional, expert Counsel services to Minster Law’s serious injury department.

9 Gough Chambers are an APIL accredited barristers chambers who specialise in work on the behalf of seriously injured claimants.

They have an expanse of knowledge and expertise including catastrophic injury and employer’s liability making them a perfect fit for Minster Law’s serious injury department.

Associate Solicitor Johnathan Bamforth has already formed a strong relationship with 9 Gough Chambers which has proven to be a great success, having achieved a settlement for a client of over £1 million in a recent case.

9 Gough Chambers have had many notable cases, one of which being Zagdanski v City Scrap Ltd (2015) in which the Claimant suffered a traumatic amputation to his right arm at work. 9 Gough Chambers were able to help him achieve a settlement of £1.75 million including funds for a revolutionary new bionic arm.
