Background
I have worked within personal injury for around seven years, with experience in dealing with volume claims and claims up to £50,000. I have experience in road traffic accident, occupiers’ liability, employers’ liability, and public liability claims. Over my seven years of working in the personal injury field, I have learnt how to achieve a tailored outcome for individual clients and to manage client expectations.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
In my role, I am passionate about placing clients back in a position they were before the accident. A lot of the time, clients really have to change their life around due to the injuries sustained and the sooner we can assist in rehabilitation, the sooner they can resume their normal life as far as possible. My role as a serious injury file handler is a great fit for me as treating clients with dignity and a level of sympathy is something that comes naturally to me.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
