Background
I joined Minster Law in 2015 as an advisor in the Customer Support Centre, moving on to become a Support Analyst in 2017 where I provided performance insights into the claims journey. I joined the partnerships team in 2019 as an Account Executive, focusing on account support requirements and monitoring campaign performance.
