I have over 26 years’ experience in financial services across of range of areas and proudly lead the great team at Minster Law. As Chief Executive Officer, I work across the business to ensure that Minster delivers our strategy and financial plan, delivering the highest levels of service to our customers and partners at all times. I’m a champion of innovation, committed to leading the team at Minster to develop new product and service propositions that provide excellent customer outcomes. I enjoy working with talented, passionate people who are all keen to radically evolve how we as an industry deliver legal services.
Since taking over the running of the PI giant back in 2017/18, Woolham has brought the transformation skills she has in spades to bear. The impact was clearest last year when Minster bounced back into profitability, having endured a rocky period both for the firm and the sector and then successfully grew the business on a diversification strategy.
