Background
I commenced my career at Minster Law in 2017 following the completion of my GDL conversion course. I began my role within the Fast Track trainee team, gradually assuming responsibilities for managing my own caseload. In 2021, I transitioned to the Serious Injury team where I embraced the role as a paralegal and have since advanced to the role of an assistant fee earner. I have achieved a milestone by completing my CILEX Level 6 studies. Looking ahead, my focus has shifted towards the completion of the portfolio, a crucial step to obtain my qualification.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
In my professional journey, I’ve discovered a genuine satisfaction in client care, particularly supporting individuals during what can often be an uncertain period in their lives. The ability to extend a helping hand to offer both support and guidance brings a sense of achievement to my day-to-day role. Knowing I play a role in lessening the challenges our clients face and contributing positively to their experience adds significant purpose to my work.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I find joy in spending quality time with my family, spending time with my dog and going for leisurely walks, whilst maintaining a regular gym routine. I enjoy visiting different countries, exploring cultures and the experience they offer. I regularly watch football and I am a huge Liverpool fan.
