I have 20 years’ experience across the motor claims landscape as both an insurer and supplier. I joined Minster Law to be part of the fantastic service and customer-led culture that delivers legal services to the most reputable insurance brands. Having started my journey with Minster Law in 2021, I’ve seen first-hand the strength of our people, our culture, and our ambition - and I’m excited to continue playing a leading part in our journey. A key part of my remit is to drive forward our customer agenda - raising the bar on how we understand, support, and advocate for those we serve. I firmly believe that despite the challenges facing today’s claims environment, there is huge opportunity for forward-thinking businesses with a relentless commitment to customers.
