Background
I qualified as a solicitor in 1998 at a Central London firm, and I have always worked in personal injury. My main areas of expertise are serious orthopaedic injury and head injury cases. I am very used to dealing with issues across a range of different types of accidents but most recently, my main area of experience has been motorcycle and motor car accidents.
Although not a biker myself, I have successfully recovered substantial damages for clients across a very broad range of accident circumstances, including cases where recovery prospects were very poor.
My clients are the focus of my work. I aim to build good working relationships and what I will do is maximise your prospects of recovery, help you to access good quality private rehabilitation, and get you the right level of damages.
Simplification of the claims process is my aim. I will not overload you with information that will take the focus away from the next task. You do not need me to use a lot of legal jargon, you just want to know how to get from the start of your claim to the end, one step at a time.
