Paul Allonby

Serious Injury Associate
Background

I’m a Chartered Legal Executive and Associate and have spent the past 12 years focused on helping people navigate the complexities of a serious injury after an accident. I am a specialist in cases involving motorcyclists and have helped clients recover sums of up to £6.8 million. I’ve supported people who have suffered from multiple orthopaedic injuries, head injuries, chronic pain and psychiatric injuries.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

I prioritise what truly matters, my clients and their recovery. I understand that when someone has suffered serious injuries, dealing with a legal case can seem overwhelming. I am here as a guide through the process. I’ll work tirelessly to ensure their needs are met throughout the case, from securing the necessary rehabilitation to obtaining the compensation they deserve.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

Outside of work I am proud to serve as the Vice-Chair of the Merseyside Independent Custody Visitors (ICV) Scheme. In this role, I contribute to the transparency and accountability of police custody by leading a team of volunteers in conducting unannounced visit to custody suites, ensuring the welfare and rights of detainees are upheld. I also enjoy spending time with my family and returning to my hometown in Cumbria.
