Oliver Brooks

Serious Injury File Handler
Background

Since completing my law degree and post graduate legal qualifications in 2008, I have worked exclusively in the field of personal injury, the last 7 years of which have been in serious injury litigation. I have acted for claimants across the full spectrum of personal injury work; including traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, spinal injury and amputation cases, mainly valued between £200,000 to £2m.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

My personal injury practice lies in advocating tirelessly for my clients’ wellbeing. I prioritise early rehabilitation, ensuring they receive care and treatment promptly. I work to secure early interim payments to cover immediate expenses and losses to ease my clients’ financial worries and burdens. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate legal complexities and achieving the best possible settlement outcomes to assist with their future financial, rehabilitation and care needs.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy walking, fishing, computers, film, popular science, travel, cooking and football.
