Natalie Carter

Serious Injury File Handler
Background

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with a background in claimant road traffic accident (RTA) personal injury cases. After graduating university in 2010, I went straight into working for a small firm in Leeds as a file handler before moving to Minster Law in December 2014. I have worked on all manner of personal injury cases including litigated and non-litigated matters. In November 2021, I moved into our serious injury department, and now work on claims up to the value of £50,000.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

Throughout my career, I have found great satisfaction in recovering compensation due to clients who have found themselves injured through no fault of their own. This passion has continued and lead me to now represent clients in our serious injury department. Supporting, helping, and resolving the consequences of a serious accident and helping to make someone’s life better continues to drive and inspire me.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and I am a keen follower of Leeds United football club (albeit sometimes wish that I was not). I also have a young son who keeps me and my partner very busy.
