Background
I began my legal career in 2019 as an MOJ Fast Track file handler, managing a substantial caseload of personal injury claims over two and a half years. This role provided me with a strong foundation in claims handling and a solid understanding of personal injury law, as well as an early appreciation of the importance of clear, effective communication when supporting clients through what is often an unfamiliar and stressful process.
I joined Minster Law in 2021 as an MOJ Fast Track file handler, where I quickly progressed and was offered a training contract. Since then, I have continued to build on my experience and develop my expertise.
During my training contract, I completed a four-seat rotation focusing on complex personal injury claims, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy. This enabled me to develop both strong legal knowledge and valuable commercial awareness.
Alongside my training, I completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, gaining practical, skills-based experience. In 2024, I was honoured to receive the Apprentice of the Year award in recognition of the determination and commitment I have demonstrated throughout my career.
I now specialise in orthopaedic injury claims, managing cases from initial instruction through to settlement for both drivers, motorcyclists and vulnerable road users, including pedestrians and children.
I take pride in securing early support for my clients, such as obtaining interim payments to fund rehabilitation and treatment while their claims progress. Wherever possible, I strive to achieve fair outcomes through negotiation, reserving litigation for cases where it is truly necessary.
I am currently completing a Master’s in Legal Practice and on track to graduate with distinction in summer 2027, after which I will qualify as a solicitor.
I understand the profound impact a serious injury can have on an individual’s life, and I am committed to guiding my clients through their claims with clarity, patience, and genuine empathy at every stage.
