As a lawyer, I have supported those who suffered personal injury since 1998. During that time, I gained experience in all aspects of road traffic accident personal injury litigation.
Most of the more serious cases involve motorcycle riders or their pillion, but I also help clients who have been involved in significant car accidents. Their injuries are usually serious orthopaedic injuries, including complex fractures, facial or other scarring cases and psychological trauma.
As part of supporting you through the claim, I will involve medical experts who will tell me what I need to know about your injuries and how they may affect you in the short and long term. Where necessary, I’ll involve care or treatment case managers, accident reconstruction experts, employment experts, and accommodation experts.
I will speak with you regularly, particularly in the early stages, as this is the time you may struggle the most after your accident. Finances are often an additional concern, and I will obtain an interim payment wherever possible.
I’ll do what I can to make the claim process as smooth as possible, although, by nature, more serious injury claims take time, usually a minimum of two years. My role is to get you the best settlement I can for you at the end of the case and to make sure you get the right treatment to help you make the best recovery possible.
