Background
I spent some time as a Generalist Advisor with the Citizens Advice Bureau in Middlesbrough before starting a paralegal role at a high street law firm in Newcastle. I completed my Training Contract at this firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016. I moved to Minster Law in 2017 and have not looked back since.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
Helping people.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
I have a young daughter that takes up most of my time outside of work (gladly). I am a big foodie and enjoy eating out and trying different cuisines. I try to help out with a local charity as much as I can.
"In January 2019 I was involved in a traffic accident where upon a car pulled out of a lay-by into my path. a collision occurred and resulted in my insurers wanting me to accept a 50/50 claim, I declined this as I had done nothing wrong, it went to court for me to claim 100% of the claim. my experience with Minster Law has overall been a good one especially with Jessica O'Neill mitigation officer and Imran Akhtar solicitor who has been very supportive. the case went to court and and the proceedings were in my favour I am, immensely grateful to Imran and Jessica for all the support and belief in me, and would recommend them at any time in the future.
