Background
I specialise in claimant personal injury claims with a focus on motorbike accidents. With over 20 years’ experience in the legal field and over 15 years dealing with serious injury claims, I support and guide claimants through the complexities of their case. I began my career in personal injury law and quickly honed my expertise in motorbike-related claims. I understand the unique challenges faced by motorcyclists, and I’m committed to providing every client with the knowledge, support and advocacy they need after a life-altering accident.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
I enjoy personal injury law because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives during some of their most challenging times. Working specifically with injured motorcyclists resonates with me on a personal level - I appreciate the freedom and joy of riding, but I also recognise the unique risks involved. Advocating for riders, who may be facing severe injuries and emotional turmoil, is what fuels my passion for this area of law. I am known for my ability to negotiate with insurers and their solicitors while always prioritising my client’s best interests. I work tirelessly to secure rehabilitation services and interim payments, ensuring clients have the necessary resources for recovery while their claim progresses. I take a collaborative approach to working with insurers, but I also know when to turn up the pressure to get the right result. I fight to ensure clients receive the compensation package and support they deserve.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, practicing yoga, and spending time in nature. I have a growing interest in gardening and am enjoying developing my skills as a beginner. I also have a strong interest in health and wellbeing, which supports a balanced and focused approach to both my personal and professional life.
