Georgia Bedford

Serious Injury File Handler
Background

I studied law at The University of Huddersfield and I then started work as an apprentice paralegal in personal injury for a high street practice. I began studying with CILEX and I completed a diploma in Law and Practice. I joined Minster Law as a paralegal in 2020 and I now work as a litigation executive in the serious injury department.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

Most of my clients have been involved in serious road traffic accidents and they have often sustained life-changing injuries. Having the opportunity to help individuals who have been seriously injured is something that I find very rewarding. I appreciate that the legal process can often feel like a very daunting and overwhelming process. I am therefore very passionate about ensuring that my clients feel supported, well represented and that the process runs smooth as possible. I love being able to get to know each of my clients and build a rapport with not only them but their families, too. I also admire Minster Law’s values and the fact that I am given opportunities to give back to the local community.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends. I like to keep fit by going to the gym and walking my two dogs.
