Background
I'm a catastrophic injury solicitor specialising in the most severe and life-changing injuries, including traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex orthopaedic injuries, and poly-trauma. I've worked at Minster Law as part of a dedicated specialist team, supporting individuals and families whose lives have been profoundly altered by serious accidents.
I have over 20 years' experience acting exclusively for injured people and have been running catastrophic injury cases since the early 2000s. Previously I was a panel solicitor at Headway, a member of BABICM (British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers) and the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA). I'm known for handling complex and sensitive claims involving multiple injuries, long-term care needs, disputed medical or factual issues, or allegations of contributory negligence.
Clients frequently come to me after being told their case is too difficult or risky, or where a claim has not progressed as it should have done. I take pride in carefully reassessing such cases, providing clear and honest advice, and fighting to achieve outcomes that genuinely protect my clients’ long-term futures.
From the outset of every case, my focus is on early rehabilitation and practical support, not just compensation at the end of the process. I work closely with case managers, deputies, medical experts and therapists to coordinate tailored care and rehabilitation packages, funded wherever possible by interim payments secured during the claim.
Clients value my calm, approachable manner and my ability to guide them through a complex legal process at an extremely difficult time. My aim is always the same: to secure the best possible outcome, while ensuring clients feel supported, informed and confident that their case is in safe hands.
