I am a personal injury litigator specialising in serious injury claims arising from road traffic collisions, particularly complex, higher-value cases involving orthopaedic injuries and amputation.

Case Experience
- Brendan supported a client who sustained a severe open fracture of the right tibia and fibula in a road traffic collision, leading to multiple operations, complications with healing and a prolonged period of rehabilitation. Working closely with the client throughout his recovery, Brendan coordinated the rehabilitation and evidential aspects of a claim involving complex orthopaedic evidence, significant care needs and substantial financial losses. The case settled for more than £350,000, giving the client financial security after several years of treatment and uncertainty.
- Brendan is supporting a young man who sustained a traumatic below-knee amputation in a serious motorcycle collision. The claim involves complex issues around revision surgery, prosthetics, rehabilitation, care, accommodation and future employment. Brendan coordinates the client’s rehabilitation, gathers evidence from his family and wider support network, and works with a multidisciplinary team of experts to make sure his long-term needs are properly considered.
- Brendan is working on a complex serious injury claim for a client who sustained significant lower-limb injuries in a road traffic collision, requiring skin grafting and leaving long-term mobility difficulties. The claim has involved extensive rehabilitation, including physiotherapy and other specialist treatment, supported by detailed expert evidence on the client’s future mobility, care, employment and accommodation needs.
