As part of the exciting growth agenda at Minster Law, the serious injury team welcome a new and significant change to management team to build on its reputation of delivering excellent client care to seriously injured clients.

Kerry Hodsdon, Helen Richardson and Rizwan Mughal bring not only a vast array of serious injury experience between them, to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional client care, but also a wealth of people management experience to build on the expertise of our well-established team.

Helen said the new structure would allow the managers to focus on maintaining the quality of the customer and colleague experience.

“We will be actively engaging with our colleagues, supporting them in acquiring professional skills and learning, empowering them to excel within their current position and enabling them to achieve their career aspirations within Minster Law.”

Helen, who has over the last 20-years worked as a solicitor, barrister and manager, was delighted to be stepping into this role at the cusp of a “new era of opportunity”.

“I have practised through periods of seismic change in the legal profession and the legal profession has adapted and continues to thrive,” she said.

“The last few months, in particular have brought new challenges to us all.”

Kerry, who has been with Minster for the last 8 years, said she was thrilled to be part of the new leadership team.

“The personal injury arena changes a lot which means we need to adapt often,” she said.

“This role brings with it the opportunity and the responsibility to ensure I support our business and our people to remain at the top of our game and one step ahead of our competitors.

She said it was exciting to work with a team of solicitors and lawyers who are so passionate, dedicated and client focussed.

“To be able to support and manage them to continue to deliver an exceptional level of service is an honour.”

Minster’s newest associate solicitor, Rizwan, feels very privileged to be stepping into this new operational role.

He said it has come at an exciting, albeit challenging, time of strategic growth and expansion for the Serious Injury team as well as Minster Law as a whole.

“I hope to bring innovative and progressive ideas to the forefront and to contribute to the continuing success of the department.

“With the new team manager structure, we hope to achieve a lean serious injury department so that we can continue to focus on our clients, bringing new sources of work to Minster, and expanding the department.”

Jo Peacock, Operations Manager, said the introduction of the new management team will ensure we have a clear focus on not only delivering client care but also developing our talented people.

Having secured Platinum status by Investors in People we are committed to delivering high performance of client care through good people management and strong company culture and values,” she said.

“There are exciting times ahead for the Serious Injury team.”
