We’re delighted to have been shortlisted two times in Modern Insurance Magazine’s Customer Service Excellence Awards 2020, which celebrates customer service success in the insurance and broker markets. Our shortlisted categories include Giving it Back to Charity and Investment in Company Culture.
Giving it Back to Charity recognises innovative and influential approaches to fundraising and supporting charities. Shirley Woolham, CEO said: “I’m thrilled the passion our colleagues have poured into the local community through CSR initiatives has been recognised at industry level. Our colleagues have worked hard this year to make a difference and tackle real issues around skills and education in West Yorkshire. I’m proud to say that our social responsibility is shaped and led by our colleagues which gives our charity work real heart.”
Investment in Company Culture recognises commitment to staff, engagement and positive company culture. The shortlist joins Minster’s successful string of shortlists for the Investors in People Awards 2020 (results to be confirmed November 2020). Debbie Cuddy, People Director said: “It’s fantastic our company culture is being recognised within the industry and beyond. Our culture is underpinned by strong values, clear leadership and heavy investment in the development of our people, which fosters engagement and creates positive results for our customers. This has been a great year for Minster and we’ve got our fingers crossed for the awards ceremony.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place in November.
