Colleague Experience Business Partner

We are looking for a Colleague Experience Business Partner to support our Serious Injury team and help shape how our colleague experience across the business.

The role

You will partner with leaders to understand priorities and turn these into practical people solutions. You will lead on key areas of the colleague lifecycle including engagement, wellbeing, performance and development, using insight to drive continuous improvement.

What you will bring

  • Experience in enhancing colleague experience
    Experience in a business partnering or people focused role

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • A practical, solutions focused approach

  • Confidence using data and insight to guide decisions

  • A genuine focus on improving colleague experience
