We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Partnerships team, supporting the development of key relationships across our network.
The role
You will work closely with internal leadership teams and partner organisations to deliver against commercial and operational priorities. You will support the management and development of key accounts, helping to achieve performance targets, maintain partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
You will also play a key role in supporting our sales strategy, developing existing partnerships and helping to onboard new distribution partners.
What you will be doing

Support the delivery of account management activity across key distribution partners

Build strong, trusted relationships with partner organisations and key stakeholders

Monitor account performance and use insight to support delivery and improvement

Contribute to the development and delivery of strategic account plans

Support contract performance, governance activity and renewal opportunities

Work with operational and change teams to improve service delivery

Manage relationships across the wider supply chain, ensuring quality and SLA delivery

Support sales activity and onboarding of new partners

Experience in account management or a similar commercial role

Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
