Celebrating awards season

Our expert teams settle an average of 2,000 claims every month and our biggest measure of success in each case is client satisfaction. We can only achieve that by having the right people in place to look after our clients.

We invest in our people and processes so that they can focus on client satisfaction and our annual awards ceremony is a fantastic way to recognise the efforts and outstanding contribution our employees have made, and continue to make, to the business. Congratulations to our five award winners who were recognised in a special celebration recently.

Jessica Richmond, our Authentic Award winner, was recognised by her peers as being a tower of strength and incredibly resilient in holding the team together. Laura Bleasby, who was our Ambitious Award winner, was nominated for her fantastic vision for the future of the business and her passion for helping others in the team to be the best they can be.

Creative Award winner, Lauren Brown, is known for spotting opportunities to make things better and approaches her daily tasks with creativity, passion and determination.  Breesha Loughran, who won the United Award, was nominated for her ability to work as a team player and someone who is always extremely loyal and committed. And finally congratulations to Alex McBride, who was our Outstanding Contribution award winner. Alex plays an integral role in the department and goes above and beyond what is expected in terms of colleague assistance. He shares his in-depth knowledge with the team and is always eager to help and support.
