Samantha Ibrahim

I've been working in personal injury law since 2000 and qualified in 2003. During my career I've supported clients with some of the most serious injuries at one of the most vulnerable times of their lives, including spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain, and fatal accidents.
My experience has been varied and wide-ranging, including recovering compensation for adults who were historically abused in children's homes, accidents at work, industrial disease claims, and road traffic accidents. I joined Minster Law in February 2026 as a Serious Injury Associate, and now deal with road traffic accidents with a special interest in motorbike accidents. I bring over two decades of experience, empathy, and determination to every client I support.

1. Samantha assisted a widow to secure a claim for bereavement and dependency after her husband tragically passed away following a motorcycle accident. Liability was initially denied, but Samantha secured expert evidence and won a split trial on liability – ultimately securing damages in excess of £1 million for the family.
2. Samantha secured damages in excess of £500,000 for a client who suffered serious injuries to his legs, arms, and ribs in a head-on collision. After 12 months off work, the client successfully returned to employment having retrained for a role suited to his physical limitations.
3. Samantha acted for a young man whose ankle was severely crushed by malfunctioning machinery in his first job after school, requiring three operations and a lengthy rehabilitation period. She secured the best possible rehabilitation and occupational health support, and after 15 months the client returned to his pre-accident occupation. Samantha secured £750,000 in compensation, recognising the high likelihood of severe arthritis in later life.
