Background
I qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and have over seven years’ experience specialising in personal injury claims. During this time, I’ve helped clients secure compensation following a wide range of accidents, including workplace incidents, slips and trips in public places, and road traffic accidents.
I have experience acting for both claimants and defendants, which gives me a well-rounded understanding of how claims are approached from both sides. This insight allows me to build strong cases and work towards achieving the best possible outcomes and fair settlements for my clients.
I support clients with a broad range of injuries, including orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain conditions, brain injuries, and psychological trauma. I have also worked within a specialist fatal accident team, where I supported families through deeply difficult times, helping them navigate the legal process with care, sensitivity, and understanding.
I understand that pursuing a claim can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already dealing with the impact of an accident. My aim is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible by explaining each step clearly, avoiding legal jargon, and always being on hand to answer any questions.
Building strong, trusting relationships with my clients is very important to me. I pride myself on being friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to, so that clients feel comfortable sharing how their injuries have affected their lives. This helps me to fully understand their needs and provide the best possible support throughout their claim.
I also recognise how much an accident can affect every aspect of your life — from your work and daily activities to your relationships and wellbeing. That’s why I am particularly passionate about securing early rehabilitation wherever possible. I work hard to encourage defendant insurers to fund Immediate Needs Assessments (INAs), ensuring that your treatment and support needs are identified and addressed from the very start of your claim.

Case Experience
- Minnie supported a client who had suffered a serious brain injury, securing an Immediate Needs Assessment and an early admission of liability at a very early stage. Working collaboratively with the defendant’s insurer, she secured funding for neurophysiotherapy, neuropsychological support, and an accommodation needs assessment, ensuring her client had a dedicated multi-disciplinary team around him from day one.
- Minnie supported a bereaved family member who had lost a loved one as a result of a negligent driver. Despite the criminal trial not being listed more than three years after the accident, Minnie proactively progressed the civil claim and secured compensation for the client, providing a sense of justice and financial support during an incredibly difficult and prolonged period of uncertainty.
- Minnie acted for a client in a complex road traffic accident where liability was disputed. Through detailed negotiation, she secured a partial admission of liability from the defendant, enabling her client to pursue compensation for their injuries while providing clear guidance and support throughout a difficult and uncertain time.
