Matthew Nash

Serious Injury Associate
Background

Having worked exclusively for claimants in personal injury law since 2004, I joined Minster Law as a serious injury associate in March 2024. Most recently, I was employed by a trade union law firm and was responsible for the most severely injured and vulnerable clients. I supported clients in a wide range of cases, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopaedic injury, amputation, chronic pain, and fatal accidents, with pleaded values up to £5m. I pride myself on my professional, efficient, and down-to-earth approach. I work collaboratively with my clients because I understand that at the heart of providing exceptional service is listening and understanding what they want to achieve.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

My focus is always on achieving the best outcome for my clients. This is not just about the final compensation award but also about securing early access to rehabilitation. I enjoy seeing the difference the proper provisions can make in my clients and their loved ones' lives.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

I am a keen football fan and an avid supporter of Sheffield Wednesday. I enjoy keeping fit and spend family time walking in the countryside with our dog.
