Background
Having worked within the insurance, claims and legal services sectors for over 22 years, I have a true passion for this industry, our customers, and our partners. Starting out in the insurance industry running contact centre operations within Budget Insurance Limited in Peterborough, I acquired my zeal for all things operations and operational management. Moving into the claims and legal services side of the industry in 2005, I set up the volume operations within Minster Law. Progressing through senior management and associate director roles, covering both operational and change management disciplines has afforded me an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the industries in which we operate. This experience stands me in great stead for my current role, which focusses on delivering the continued improvement and future evolution of the business.
