Background
I have worked within the accident management industry for more than 16 years. I have a great understanding of working with insurer clients and their customers. I am very passionate about working collaboratively, successfully and in a true partnership. I work alongside the Director of Partnerships to ensure the partners we have in place receive the best possible service and proactive management. I enjoy working with the teams across the business to provide support, optimise performance and service delivery, whilst implementing strategic account plans that build upon and strengthen existing partnerships.
