Background
I have been a litigator for more than 10 years. In that time, I have specialised in dealing with all levels of road traffic accident personal injury claims from lower value claims to serious injury claims. I began my career at Minster Law and progressed through the trainee file handler programme. I moved into road traffic litigation within the Fast-Track department and subsequently progressed into team management. After a hiatus of a few years, I have now returned to Minster Law and currently work within our Serious Injury department, specialising in serious injury with a special focus on matters impacted by the ruling of Qader.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
My passion is ensuring that my clients obtain the compensation they deserve. Having a serious injury can be an uncertain and stressful time. My goal is to ensure that my clients know that I am here to provide the best service possible and ensure that the claims process is smooth during a difficult period on their lives. I am passionate about obtaining the best result and fighting my client’s corner.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
I enjoy hiking and fitness. I am often found taking my dog for long walks in the Peak District. For better or worse (mostly worse these days), I also follow Bradford City AFC.
