Background

I have experience working in the personal injury and Court of Protection departments at a high street firm in South Yorkshire, before moving to Minster Law.
I have worked on serious injury cases since joining Minster Law, including serious and life-changing orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries, chronic pain and psychological symptoms. I regularly work alongside case managers to ensure that my clients have the rehabilitation and support they need following injury. I also work with experts and barristers to ensure that I achieve the best outcomes for my clients.

Case Experience

Eleanor secured an award of over £500,000 for a young client who sustained a significant ankle injury, leaving him with permanent restrictions that affected his career plans.
Eleanor secured an award of £175,000 for a client who sustained significant fractures to his pelvis and a brachial plexus injury, resulting in reduced movement and strength in his hand.
Through collaboration with the Defendant’s solicitor, Eleanor put in place a care package for a client who sustained multiple traumatic orthopaedic injuries. The package included case management, physiotherapy, psychological therapy, private orthopaedic treatment, and adaptations to the home and garden to improve access and independence during the initial recovery phase.
