Before joining Minster Law I built and ran a successful digital agency, working across finance, retail, sports and entertainment, agriculture and legal, partnering with some of the world's biggest brands to deliver digital innovative digital products used by millions of people. Alongside that I've founded a startup, given a TEDx talk and been published as a technology author. The throughline has always been building high performing teams and using technology, and increasingly AI, to create genuinely delightful digital experiences for people.
As Director of Technology and Digital Platforms I lead Minster Law's technology strategy, our data and AI platform, software engineering and infrastructure, with everything we build aimed at making life better for our clients, our colleagues and our partners.
