I represent clients who have been involved in the most serious accidents. I specialise in high-value, complex serious injury cases, including serious orthopaedic fractures, brain injury, spinal injury and poly-trauma. I recognise that many of my clients are facing the prospect of adjusting to life which revolves around a lengthy recovery, whilst also dealing with consequential financial concerns. Case Experience
- Charlotte worked on a brain injury claim involving significant orthopaedic injuries, contributing to the largest recorded settlement achieved at Minster Law, in excess of £7 million.
- Charlotte secured a settlement of £225,000 for a client within four months of his accident. The client had sustained a fractured leg, a bleed to the brain and damage to the optic nerve, affecting his vision, following an accident on his motorcycle.
- Charlotte secured £250,000 for a client who fractured his leg in a motorcycle accident. She also secured funding for rehabilitation, and the client made an excellent recovery, returning to work with minimal restrictions. Liability was heavily contested on grounds of speed; however, sensible negotiations led to a life-changing settlement.
