I've worked in personal injury since 2002 and specialise in dealing with claims for seriously injured clients, handling complex and high-value cases, particularly where clients have suffered serious orthopaedic injuries. I joined Minster Law in 2023 and deal predominantly with cases resulting from road traffic accidents, with a specialism in motorbike accidents. I also have extensive experience in complex employers' liability cases for those injured at work.

1. Brendan secured £375,000 for a client knocked from his motorbike who suffered significant orthopaedic injuries including a multi-ligament knee injury requiring major reconstruction surgery. The settlement included significant future loss of earnings as the client was unlikely to work in the same capacity again. 
2. Brendan represented a builder who suffered a significant leg fracture after slipping from a ladder on a poorly maintained building site. When liability was denied by two defendants who pointed blame at each other, Brendan pursued the case to court, ultimately achieving a £140,000 settlement for his client.
