We are proud to have our own online customer portal Ink. Ink is really unique and centred on creating a better journey for our customers.
Our people are courageous in their ambition to do the best for every customer regardless of the severity of injury or level of support needed. We pride ourselves on building trust with our customers who know that they can rely on us when they need us the most.
Customer satisfaction can only be achieved by creating a colleague culture that centres on wellbeing. Here at Minster, colleague wellbeing is prevalent in our every day. We pride ourselves on our programme of regular health, welfare and social activities. We celebrate excellence and the embodiment of our values with all colleagues at our annual Awards Ball and we say thank you to colleague support networks at our family fun days. Outside of events and celebrations we have a vast and varied range of benefits that support you inside and outside of the office.
At Minster we are passionate about the three C’s Customer, Colleague and Community and as a business we strive to make a real difference in our local communities. Ever year colleagues are encouraged to take part in our ‘Giving Back’ activities and take a day paid volunteering for a charity or cause that matters to them. We are incredibly proud of the work we do and it forms a key aspect of what it means to be a part of Minster.
