I joined Minster Law fresh out of University in September 2014 as a Legal Assistant. After 5 months I stepped up to a Litigation Executive where I managed a caseload of Personal Injury files. I commenced my training contract in March 2016 whereby I completed seats in Civil Litigation, Compliance, Personal Injury, Employment and Business. Upon qualification in March 2018 I secured a role in the Employment team then in April 2019 I stepped into my current role of leading Minster Law’s Legal Helpline, alongside running a handful of Employment Law cases. Currently spends 100% of time as an employment fee earner.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
Helping people. As a file handler, and leader of our Legal Helpline I enjoy helping our customers and clients achieve the right outcomes for them and contributing to improving their lives. I am proud to be in a position where I can add value to people’s lives. I am also passionate about helping members of my team achieve their own goals, and work closely with my colleagues to coach and develop them with their own personal growth and contribution plans, whilst also ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
Outside of work my passion is my family and friends, so I enjoy spending most of my weekends with them. I also love getting outside in the fresh air for country walks. When able, my husband and I love traveling, particularly exploring different regions of Italy (with a soft spot for Lake Como!).
