Mark Kilbride

Chartered Legal Executive
Background

I worked for a number of insurers from the late 1980’s and then moved to Claimant work in the early 1990’s. I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2006 whilst working for a large national law firm, dealing with complex and high value cases RTA. I joined Minster Law in 2008, continuing to deal with RTA matters and expanded in working on work place and public liability cases.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

As a file handler, I enjoy winning at trial, and getting great results for my clients. For many years I travelled around the country to see my clients to discuss their cases with them and getting to form relationships, whether they are unable to work again, or have lost a loved one. Offering the best possible service not just in the end result but in how I ‘look after’ during the claim journey is important to me.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

I take part in Triathlons and other sporting events to give myself specific fitness goals each year. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and really enjoy continuing to develop and learn more about that process.
