Katy Whitfield

I began my career within the legal industry in September 2017 where I started an apprenticeship with Minster Law. I completed two years as an apprentice where I circulated my way through different teams to develop my knowledge and skills, the last seat I worked in was MOJ where I had my own caseload to manage, I worked here until August 2020 when I moved over to our personal legal services team as a Paralegal.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

Before September 2017 I had no legal background therefore since beginning my career within the legal industry, I have always been passionate about learning as much possible and pushing myself to develop, to allow me to provide great customer service, complete work to a high standard and ensure I continue to progress within my career.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

I am very interested in self development and spend a lot of my time listening to podcasts and reading books, I am also into fitness I aim to hit 10,000 steps a day and like to go to the gym at least 4 times a week.
