Background
I worked as a paralegal before commencing a training contract specialising in personal injury in 2003, then qualified as a solicitor in 2005. I then worked as a solicitor specialising in complex and high value personal injury claims and clinical negligence claims, until 2010 when I moved to a boutique firm in York and specialised in clinical negligence claims. I moved to Minster Law in 2013 and have built upon my knowledge and experience working on high value and complex personal injury claims specialising in catastrophic injury claims. Over my career I have worked on many high value cases often with values exceeding £1 million. In 2020 I agreed settlements totalling over £11.5 million.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
I am driven by the satisfaction of using my experience and skills to help clients and their families throughout their claim. that I have made a significant positive difference to my clients’ lives and provided a secure and positive future for them and their family. I enjoy seeing the difference that can be made to my clients’ lives with engagement of high-quality rehabilitation.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
I spend much of my spare time with my young family and enjoy walks in the country.
