My experience in the personal injury sector spans over 25 years, qualifying as a Legal Executive in 1997 and a Solicitor in 2002. During this time, I have worked for a handful of firms in various file handling and management roles covering a wide variety of practice areas such as dispute resolution, employment law, debt recovery as well as personal injury arising from accidents on the road, at work and in public places. I started at Minster Law in March 2020 and now represent client’s suffering from lifechanging injuries, helping them through rehabilitation and securing compensation for them.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
The type of cases handled here Minster Law involve not only the recovery of the right amount of compensation but also managing the rehabilitation process. Helping clients get access to the best treatment to facilitate their recovery, thus enabling them to get back to some form of normal life and seeing their improvement over time, is the most rewarding part of the job. I am also passionate about developing others within the firm to improve their technical knowledge and ensure they have the same standards of care and compassion when assisting their own client’s.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
In addition to spending time with my three children, I play electric guitar and enjoy listening to music and attending concerts. I try to keep physically fit by running and my mind active by reading books on self-development and legal fiction.
