I have thirty years’ experience in dealing with personal injury claims and civil matters working in some of the main personal injury firms in the north of England. I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2002. As well as assisting clients, I have wealth of management experience with 20 years’ experience overseeing litigation teams and being on hand to support them regarding performance and positive results for clients. I have dealt with a variety of personal injury work covering road traffic accidents, including bike claims, employers’ liability, and public liability, mainly dealing with the more serious injury claims, which is now what I specialise in.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
As well as ensuring the client gets the right result, being on hand to support them and guide them as easily as possible through a sometimes complicated and unknown process. If this can be made simpler and smoother for them to navigate with support, then it hopefully makes their journey much less stressful through the claims process. It is also great to work with such committed and knowledgeable colleagues, so the collaborative environment is a real bonus.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
I enjoy watching my son compete in his football team and visits with friends and family to Centre Parcs.
