I joined Minster Law in 2011 as a Trainee Solicitor. I successfully completed a 2-year training contract covering all the firm’s core departments before qualifying in October 2013. Upon qualification I started assisting a Catastrophic injury Solicitor before going on to have my own case load in 2015. In 2018 I was made a Senior Solicitor at Minster Law and now deal with cases valued in excess of £50,000.00.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
As a solicitor acting for seriously injured client’s I am passionate about ensuring I improve my client’s life post injury. Whether that’s by ensuring comprehensive early rehabilitation is put in place, interim funds secured or achieving the best possible settlement at conclusion. Some cases can take years to conclude and during this time I build positive relationships with client’s which makes securing the best possible outcome for them even more rewarding.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
My Partner and I enjoy travelling whenever possible as well as walking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
"Excellent from the start, Alex Lucas, who I dealt with throughout (and it was so helpful to just deal with one person who knew the case thoroughly) was thoughtful, very knowledgeable, gave really good advice - even if it seemed to go against him. He was in constant contact too. Alex told me from day one that it would be a slow business, that the 'at fault' driver's insurance company would drag it out, but he also told me that he would win in through in the end; and so he did! Couldn't recommend him highly enough, the sort of service and attention you don't expect any more."
"Would just like thank Alexander Lucas and Emrean for all the work they’ve done to complete my claim. Thanks again."
