Our Artificial Intelligence solution for small claims and uninsured losses allows customers to interact in the way that suits them, whether by telephone, through private messaging services or through our secure portal.

This is not a ‘self-service’ solution as we fundamentally believes that outsourcing the effort to the customer is not the answer. Instead we do everything we possibly can for the customer and they only need to tell us about the claim, attend a medical (if required) and confirm their losses.

Our digital service makes these interactions beautifully simple for customers; by developing connectivity with our suppliers’ systems we have been able to reduce cost and customer effort whilst speeding up and simplifying the service.

As part of a Legal Expenses Insurance proposition, our digital solution will enable us to continue to service small claims post reforms at a minimal cost, whilst improving the service without the need for additional exclusions.
