The Role
The Fee Earners within our Legal Services team are responsible for successfully handling a large portfolio of RTA/Personal Injury compensation claims from inception through to settlement. The Fee Earner role is paramount to the success and future of our business as they consistently work towards ambitious targets in order to generate substantial fee income.
To be successful in this role, you must possess sharp technical litigation knowledge complimented by a strong desire to achieve in order to deliver a robust quality claims handling service to Minster Law clients. You will be exceptionally self motivated with strong communication and organisational skills in order to efficiently manage a high volume case load.

Job Title: Trainee Fee Earner
Location: York or Wakefield
Salary: £19,570 + Benefits
The Role
The Trainee Fee Earner role within our Legal Services team is a unique, developmental role to help ambitious people acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver a quality claims handling service to Minster Law clients. Our Trainee Fee Earners are responsible for handling their own portfolio of Minor Injury and Fast Track RTA/Personal Injury compensation claims within a supportive, albeit challenging environment.
As a Trainee Fee Earner, you will receive in-depth coaching and mentoring at all stages of the claims handling process in order to successfully progress compensation claims through to settlement whilst minimizing write-offs, providing excellent client care and contributing to the general success of the department.
As we see the Trainee Fee Earner role as critical to the future growth of our business, we will look for you to be exceptionally customer-focused, results-oriented with a positive approach to challenging targets and objectives. You will need to be self-motivated and well-organised with a strong desire to develop yourself into a fully competent Personal Injury Fee Earner.

Job Title: Team Manager
Location: York or Wakefield
Salary: £35k - 40k + Bonus + Benefits
The Role
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Fee Earners and Legal Assistants, leading by example and sharing best practice at every opportunity. You will inspire, motivate and develop others to produce excellent results by providing team coaching and encouraging personal development.
You will bring a high level of knowledge and experience of handling a portfolio of RTA/ Personal Injury cases with you to this role. You will also possess well-developed technical litigation and compensation claim skills.
As we see it, our Team Managers bring guidance and support to the overall team and also act as role models by leading by example whilst conducting yourself professionally at all times. Your excellent communication skills and proven track record of managing and motivating teams will add to your success in this role.
