Application for Grant of Representation

How long will the probate process take?

The length of time that an application for Grant or full administration will take very much depends on the complexity of the estate. Often, we are also dependant on third parties providing replies which can, if not provided in good time, delay matters. Of course, you can be assured that Minster Law will always do everything to ensure that the matter is progressed as quickly as possible for you.
